The Regency Residence has a great number of features which makes it unique. The Mongolian Properties team has spent much time over the designs and has spent the arduous task of travelling the world visiting luxury properties to bring together a new concept in Ulaanbaatar which has already taken other Asian cities by storm. Due to the very cold weather prevalent in Ulaanbaatar we have looked at other “cold” cities around the world, Toronto, Irkutsk, Almaity among others and have found that the best real estate in the city is made up of multi use complexes which incorporate office space, Restaurant, shops, spa and gym space, serviced apartments / hotel, and a varied number of luxury residential units, all of it centred around a large lobby which would be the centre of the community life.
