Research is led by Oliver Nicoll, formerly based in London, who has worked in advisory and principal investment. Together with our team in Ulaanbaatar, he is developing a raft of new services to offer clients. Oliver studied at Oxford and Cambridge with a particular interest in public policy and real estate finance. The department builds upon the academic and professional experience of company, founders, Lee Cashell and Tsendsuren Bordukh. Mr Cashell and Ms Bordukh, have navigated all aspects of the real estate landscape in Ulaanbaatar, establishing a series of vertically integrated businesses, and drawing on a wealth of international commercial experience in Asia and North America.
