It is often difficult to achieve simple tasks such as paying your water, electricity, heating, gas, telephone, cable TV and internet bills, they are in Mongolian, often hard to understand and the payment process can be time consuming and indeed frustrating, we can either manage your bills by collecting all of them and present you at the end of every month with an itemised statement. Alternatively we can make direct payments for all your bills.

A facet of life in Ulaanbaatar are the regular water and power cuts, they are sometimes city wide, around your street or just in your building. While we cannot restore power and water we will keep you up to date with the situation, where possible we will try to warn you in advance of impending cuts. We can also provide your apartment with water containers and heaters to keep the hot water coming as well as emergency generators for the building.
