It is often difficult to achieve simple tasks such as paying your water, electricity, heating, gas, telephone, cable TV and internet bills. We can either manage your bills by collecting all of them and presenting you at the end of every month with an itemised statement, or by making direct payments for all your bills.

The regular water and power cuts are a fact of life in Ulaanbaatar. They are sometimes city wide, around your street or just in your building. While we cannot restore power and water, we will keep you up to date with the situation, and where possible we will try to warn you in advance of impending cuts. We can also provide your apartment with water containers and heaters to keep the hot water coming as well as emergency generators for the building.
