The Regency Residence has 7 retail units on the ground floor of the building. The units vary in sizes, they will provide residents of the building and local habitants with quality products required for day to day living such as a small supermarket, dry cleaners, clothing shops, florist, coffee shop, book and news agents.

The retail units are available for either rental or sales, they provide an excellent investment opportunity with an average rental yield of 25% per unit.
