All our relocation
packages are tailor made to suit the corporation requiring it but we
generally offer the following services:
EMPLOYEE RELOCATION
Pre-Arrival Questionnaire and Pre-Arrival Information pack
All
our clients will be sent a questionnaire 2 weeks prior to arrival which
will detail all of our services and ask for further information
concerning the client's housing needs and requirements while in
Ulaanbaatar. The client will also receive a short information package
which will give useful hints about what to bring to Mongolia, weather
conditions, banking preparations, communication systems available,
medicine to bring and generally all that is needed to prepare for a
long trip to Mongolia. 5 days prior to arrival the client will receive
a detailed programme of the relocation.
Airport Pick Up
The
client and his party will be picked up at the VIP lounge of the airport
by one of the agencies directors, the client will then be driven to the
city in one of our luxury cars and taken straight to the hotel or
serviced apartment to rest and plan the rest of the relocation.
Relocation Information Package
Every
corporate client will be issued upon arrival with a comprehensive guide
of the country and the city. This will include, city maps, useful
information about the city, contact details for all relevant hospitals,
embassies, non governmental agencies, general offices and other
emergency services. The Information pack will also contain all the
relevant information about the Bars, Restaurant, clubs and lifestyle
of the city as well as address of the shops, general costs of living,
and information about mobile phones, criminality, post offices,
culture, history and so forth.
Ulaanbaatar City Tour
This
tour is usually done on the first of second day, it is a cultural tour
of the city which will take them around the main sights and places of
interest in the city. The tour will include museums, buildings of a
religious significance, the main political centres as well as views
over the city and tours through the various areas of the city. The tour
would normally take half a day but can take a day depending on the
client's preference.
Ulaanbaatar Property Tour
This
tour is usually done on the second or third day and consists of taking
the client to various properties which we have short listed according
to the client's housing needs. The tour will explain the housing
dynamics of the city and present the client with a number of living
choices. It is usual for the client to be able to move into his/her
full time living arrangements no later than a week after arrival.
Ulaanbaatar Shopping and Necessities Tour
This
is one of the most pleasant aspects of the relocation; we will take the
client around the main Bars, Restaurant, shops and other useful
addresses in town. The tour is also useful for spouses and children
accompanying the employee as we will show places of interest for the
whole family. The tour normally last for 2 to 3 hours but has been
known to carry on well into the night as the bar scene takes a bit
longer to explore.
School Visits and Admission
If
the corporate client is relocating with child we will arrange a visit
to the International School of Ulaanbaatar as well as the American
school and arrange for admission for the child to the chosen school.
Medical Registration
Can
be incorporated into one of the other tours, the client will be taken
round the various medical facilities of the city and explained the
evacuation and repatriation procedure.
Mongolian Cultural Lessons
Can
be done at the client’s convenience, a Mongolian specialist will
explain to the client Mongolian culture, beliefs, religion, history and
traditions. All lessons are done on a personal basis and last either
one, two or three two hour sessions.
Mongolian Language Lessons
Similar
as above but normally taken for a longer period of time, Mongolian
language lessons will be done at the client's request at the client's
convenience.
Point of Contact Assistance
Every
one of our corporate client is issued with an emergency phone number to
call for assistance should the need arise, this during the first 3
months of the client’s stay in Mongolia. The emergency phones are
manned by executives of Mongolian Properties and we will do our utmost
to assist the client in any emergency.
FULL CORPORATE RELOCATION
The
full corporate relocation packages include all of the above for the
individual employees but also include a corporate element with office
search, fiscal and taxation advice and Legal advice.
We
will work in close co-operation with the corporation wishing to
relocate to make sure that they are fully operational in a minimum
amount of time; this also includes communication links, vehicle
purchase, recruitment of local staff, political and economical analysis
of the environment, electronic and office equipment purchase and
installation as well as interior design and decoration.
