SALES
Mongolian properties will charge a flat 3.5% commission fee on all sales transactions introduced, facilitated or
completed by Mongolian Properties.
This fee includes the following services:
This fee is payable immediately upon completion
of the transaction directly to Mongolian
Properties by the purchaser.
RENTALS
In
the case of a tenancy agreement Mongolian properties will charge the
entire first month's rent from the owner of a rental property as a
tenant finder's fee for any apartment rented for a lease period equal to
or exceeding 1 year. This fee is payable immediately upon completion of
the transaction directly to Mongolian Properties by the Owner.
