Euromoney Conferences is proud to co-host the Mongolia Investment Forum 2007 in partnership with Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade Agency (FIFTA). The Forum will take place on September 18, 2007 at the Central Palace of Culture in Ulaanbaatar. Built on the success of previous conferences in Ulaanbaatar and New York, this event will be the most high profile investment conference for Mongolia this year. The Forum will provide a single best platform for Mongolia’s leading companies, policy makers and financiers to promote the growing business, trade and investment opportunities now available in Mongolia to the global marketplace. President Nambariin Enkhbayar has declared that Mongolia should commit to making a transformation from a one-dimensional economy, based on mineral wealth, to a diversified market-driven economy. Through interactive panel discussions, keynote speeches and networking sessions, this year’s forum will explore the opportunities and risks of investing in Mongolia, as well as provide unique insights into the outlook for the country’s economy. Key sectors to be addressed include agribusiness, finance, infrastructure, mining and real estate. Last year over 700 by-invitation-only delegates from 32 countries attended the exclusive event in Ulaanbaatar. His Excellency M. Enkhbold, Prime Minister of Mongolia, officially opened the Forum.
