Mongolian Properties attended the FT Asia Property Summit organised by the Financial Times
The Asian property market is in the grip of an incessant hunt for yield as prices rise in key markets and investors look further afield for better returns. Cross-border transactions are taking an increasing share of deals, as emerging markets with an expanding class of newly wealthy consumers attract real estate funds and private equity firms flush with capital.
Opportunities are not limited to China, India and other developing markets. One of the fastest-growing markets in the world is Japan, where commercial values have recovered after being stagnant for more than a decade. Money is flowing not just into property assets but also into the increasing number of real estate investment trusts being set up in Japan and other key centres.
The Financial Times gathered 200 senior decision-makers from around the world, including top property developers, investors, bankers and regulators, for a detailed, high-level discussion of these and other significant developments in Asian property markets.

The Property Investor Show 2007 |

 The Property Investor Show is the largest dedicated property investment event held in the UK each year - and returned to ExCeL London for a 6th year on September 21-23rd.
Mongolian Properties was represented at the show by Property Frontiers at a big stand on which Mongolia featured prominently, with specialist sales staff answering any questions that clients had regarding investing in Mongolia.
The show is "the must attend" event for the serious property buyer. If you are considering buying residential or commercial property for investment purposes - in the UK or abroad - The Property Investor Show will answer all of your questions.
The show featured property and property-related services from approximately 320 exhibitors, including major house builders, developers, estate agents, lenders, brokers, training companies, landlord associations and other leading property experts. As always, the UK's largest programme of 120+ seminars will covered aspects of buying, financing and managing your property.

Mongolia Investment Forum 2007 |

 Mongolian Properties was proud to be a co-sponsor of the Mongolia Investors Forum 2007, held in Ulaanbaatar on the 18th of September 2007.
Over the past few years, Mongolia has opened up to foreign investments. Every year more companies, funds and individuals invest in what is becoming Asia's fastest growing democracy. The Euromoney Conference Group has now held a number of sucessful conferences on Mongolian Investment, the largest of which is the Mongolia Investment Forum of Ulaanbaatar.
Mongolian Properties is at the forefront of foreign investments in Mongolia, providing tailor made services to its clients at a high standard.
Euromoney held a number of panels on the various avenues of investment in Mongolia, and Mongolian Properties participated in the Property Panel of Mongolia. Mr Lee Cashell, Managing Partner of Mongolian Properties, talked at event and was available for questions afterwards.
