Description of Employment
The Candidate must use subject matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments that vary in nature.
The candidate must participate in the administering, monitoring and evaluating the status and progress of the various property projects undertaken by Mongolian Properties. The candidate must take part in the management of one or more of the following buildings management programs:
• Operations and Maintenance which includes building equipment, elevators and minor repairs;
• Building Services, such as janitorial services, trash removal, recycling, pest control, etc.;
• Energy Management to include monitoring consumption and planning and executing conservation projects;
• Repairs and Improvements;
• Tenant Alterations such as painting, carpeting, partitioning, cabling, and electrical work;
• Safety and Environmental Management which includes occupational safety, fire protection and the various environmental programs;
• Lease Administration; and Concessions such as the operation of cafeterias, vending stands and public telephones.
• Performing these duties may involve; conducting physical inspections, writing reports, filling out forms, preparing letters and memos, preparing procurement documents attending or conducting meetings with tenants, contractors, and others, presenting briefings, negotiating with vendors and contractors, monitoring contractors and lessors, dealing with tenants and the public, etc. Performs other duties as assigned.

Housing:
Will be provided in Mongolia in a shared apartment with other employees.
Transport:
Position will provide vehicle for transportation and private driver whilst in Mongolia and when required. 1 flight a year will be paid for to return to Europe.
Food and Entertainment:

Bonus Scheme:

Our Real Estate agency negotiators deal with the sale and purchase of houses, flats and land. Many will also manage rented property on behalf of clients. In addition to residential rentals and sales our agents take care of commercial property and deal with a wide range of business properties, including offices, shops, leisure facilities and hotels and even businesses.
The growth of buy-to-let has increased demand for estate agents that offer a residential letting service. Increased interest in overseas relocation or second-home purchase overseas is also a growth area of activity.
Your tasks as a Mongolian Properties Real Estate Agent will include:

looking at and collecting information about a property, and arranging for photographs to be taken;
•
visiting and talking to the vendors about their property and its special features;

estimating the value of the property;

marketing and promoting properties for sale;

representing the vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers;
